The 2009 Festival will include over 150 contributors made up of Australia's leading chefs, winemakers, food producers, restaurateurs, restaurant critics and media. In addition to the sensational Great Australian degustations of previous events, this year we are featuring a Great Italian/Australian degustation to flaunt the well loved and established tradition of Italian food in Australia.
